Just in time for these colder days, the Sheep Oil Cream from k-beauty brand Kicho raises its thick cream to help. Meaning basic in Korean, the brand aims to further promote the skincare diet, a stripped-back approach to skincare.
Sheep Oil? Yes, sheep oil. This #moisturizer is rich in lanolin from New Zealand lamb wools, combination with eight different types of berries (sea buckthorn, cranberry, acai palm, strawberry, blueberry, goji berry, blackberry, and raspberry.) These ingredients aim to prevent signs of aging, provide moisture and hydration, and smoothen the texture of the skin.
This, for my oily skin , feels thick. It can feel a bit heavy but it melts to the skin and it doesn’t feel oily. I like to use this when my skin is feeling tight and dry. A little goes a long way with this and I mostly apply the excess on my arms. I think those with dry skin would have a field day with this one because it really does moisturize and hydrate the skin.
