When it comes to skincare, I can always count on k-beauty to bring me hydrated, moisturized, and glowing skin. So when I got the Glow Intensive Bubble Toner and Essence from Nacific and Stylekorean, I am expecting Intensive Glow, like those highlighters that you can see from the other end of the street.
A mix of bubble and water, the Glow Intensive Bubble Toner ($24) aims to deeply moisturize and hydrate the skin with amino acid complex, sodium hyaluronate, and vita-10 complex.
I have tried foam cleanser but this face toner is on another level of extra. It feels like such a unique concept, I am mean a bubbling toner, but it doesn’t feel gimmicky. The product comes in liquid form but comes out as a foam, which I honestly don’t know how it happens, but hey, I can put it on my face easily with a cotton pad so I don’t care. It’s not messy. The foam just liquifies without dripping. It leaves the skin super hydrated.
The Glow Intensive Bubble Essence ($29) nourishes and moisturizes with 5-layered hyaluronic acid, sodium hyaluronate, and amino acid complex. Again, this creamy essence is not the usual essence you get as you need 5 minutes until it foams and that’s when you apply it on your face. I usually apply my essence after my toner and before my serums so, having this obviously feels like too much work especially when your skin is not lacking in moisture. This does, however, leave the skin feeling bouncy and soft.
Used together, this does bring on the glow. My skin appears so plump and dewy that I’ve gotten a few compliments on it. Both products feel nourishing to the skin and I think those with dry skin who are looking to moisturize and make their skin glow will enjoy these.
