Handcrafted in a small studio in Hertfordshire, England, Evolve Beauty products are organic, natural, vegan, and cruelty-free.
The Gentle Cleansing Melt (£22) has organic baobab to soothe and hydrate. It also contains natural sugar extracts to gently cleanse the skin. It has a slight citrus scent and has a balm texture that glides smoothly onto the skin. It melts once massaged onto the skin and emulsifies into a milky consistency when mixed with water. The best part of it is it leaves the skin feeling moisturized and hydrated skin after wash. It also removes sunscreen and makeup easily but would need more massaging to remove full-coverage foundations and waterproof mascaras.
An anti-aging serum, the Superfood 360 Natural Face Serum (£38) tackles fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, texture, and luminosity. It uses sacha inchi peptides to improve facial firmness, reduce wrinkle volume, and smooth the skin, peruvian maca used to stimulate cellular renewal and reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and cacay oil to support the skin barrier layer and to lock moisture into the skin. This lightweight serum made my skin look revitalized after every use. It applies smoothly and sinks in quickly so I can use this in the morning.
The Multi Peptide 360 Moisture Cream (£30) contains sacha inchi peptides, coconut peptides, cupuacu butter, prickly pear, cacay oil to moisturize, smooth, nourish, calm, soothe, and firm the skin. Having #oilyskin makes it difficult for me to make friends with moisturizers. This, unfortunately, doesn’t work well with mine. It sort of sits on top of my skin and leaves my skin oilier than usual.
I enjoyed playing around with these products and have enjoyed using the serum and the cleansing balm. They’re good options if you’re looking for gentle and nourishing products that are vegan, organic, and cruelty-free.
